Tooling
|
|
With our ability to convert the main data formats from both 2D and 3D packages, we are able to generate the photo tooling necessary from our 8000 dpi laser plotter, housed in a class 10000 clean room, to produce the component profile on film in a matter of a few hours. |

Etching
|
|
The blank profile is cut using the Advanced Chemical Etching process. Time scales are dependent on metal type and thickness, but again we are only concerned with hours for the whole process.
|
|
Finishing
|
|
Once again we offer a full service to our customers, for the plating of both flat and formed components. Plating finishes include Gold, Silver, Nickel, Tin and Tin Lead. It is also possible to plate selective areas even on development prototype parts. |
